Founded in 2026 in Korea by two co-founders: a former ERP/PMO lead and a sales & finance partner.
Between us we have worked on ERP projects and on the finance side of growing companies. The pattern was the same everywhere. Large companies have IT teams to connect their systems and automate routine work. Smaller ones do the same work by hand, often late in the evening.
We are building Padoflow for companies with 10 to 300 people that have no IT team of their own.
The agents started as proof-of-concept tools for a company we were talking to as a potential customer. The inbox runs, the weekly reports and the month-end checks ran there for months, on real mail and a real ERP, before Padoflow had a name.
Most of the rules on the How it works page come from things that went wrong during that pilot: a query without a date range that hit the ERP’s memory limit, a mail moved by hand that could no longer get its reply drafted, a model woken dozens of times a day to find nothing new.
We are early. We are building the first version now and want to hear from companies that would like to try it on their own inbox, documents or month-end close.
